Supports planning, organizing, implementation, and monitoring of all cash transfer programming/cash and voucher assistance (CVA) in all areas of operation of the project. The position will implement and supervise the technical field activities in collaboration with the beneficiary communities, partners, and other technical departments of Action Against Hunger. The FO must be available to respond to emergency assessments or projects as needed. Additionally, the FO ensures that all project activities are contextually appropriate, aligned with the Do No Harm principle, and responsive to the needs of the local community.
