**Job Description:**

Join a long-established metal fabrication team as a Shift MIG/TIG Welder, performing high-quality production and fabrication welding on aluminum and steel components. You will interpret blueprints, set up and operate welding equipment, and contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-focused manufacturing environment on either first or second shift.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Perform MIG welding on aluminum and steel components for both production and fabrication shop work.
+ Perform TIG welding as needed, particularly on aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals as specified.
+ Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and welding procedure specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
+ Use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
