**Job Title: 1st Shift CNC Programmer | $28-$40/hr | Canton, OH**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on programming and supporting a wide range of CNC machines in a job shop manufacturing environment on 1st shift (6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). You will create and optimize CNC programs using CAM and CAD tools, ensure parts meet tight geometric tolerances, and collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to maintain high quality and efficient workflows.

**Responsibilities**

+ Write CNC programs in the language of the machine’s controller and on CAM systems, and store programs on company network drives.
+ Analyze job orders, drawings, blueprints, specifications, and design data to calculate dimensions, select tools, and determine appropriate machine speeds and feed rates.
