About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, people‑focused individual who wants to break into the recruitment industry with a UK-based client. This is an office‑based role in Centurion and offers a clear development pathway into a 270 recruiter position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted business development to generate new client leads
- Build relationships with UK hiring managers and decision‑makers
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates across multiple roles
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate qualification calls
- Manage parts of the recruitment lifecycle while learning full‑desk responsibilities
- Provide weekly activity and performance updates
- Collaborate with internal team members to meet hiring deadlines
- Deliver a high‑quality candidate and client experience
Requirements
- 180 recruitment experience or proven sales / BD experience
