Overview
We are seeking an IAM/PAM Analyst to optimize and automate the User Life Cycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), support application rollouts, and ensure secure and efficient access management across the organization.
Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to automate user lifecycle processes and evaluate new IAM/PAM tools.
Drive implementation of technologies that add value to the organization.
Support onboarding and rollout of new applications in partnership with BA, Dev, and Prod Support teams.
Collaborate with tech leads for integrated end-to-end design and delivery.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM/PAM-related incidents and support tickets.
Provide operational support for change and incident management processes.
Coordinate Quarterly Access Certifications via SailPoint.
Support audits by providing documentation, logs, or reporting as required.
Handle user provisioning requests via ServiceNow and SailPoint.
