Managing support tickets, OLAs, and KPIs, and working in a standby team, with different shifts for support and maintenance topics.
Ability to design and develop dashboards using PowerBi or Grafana.
Running daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks for security, compliance, MOD and MIM topics. Generating and reviewing monthly eLan reporting and MOD schedules.
Understanding of basic operations KPIs and meeting deadlines and timelines. Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and operations applications.
