Screen and shortlist resumes submitted via various career portals, conduct phone screening and surface potential candidates who meet the job requirements to hiring managers
Pro-actively source and reach out to potential candidates to engage them on career opportunities
Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as recruitment fairs/ career talks to maintain a strong employer brand presence
Identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment workflows and processes
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in any discipline with 5-8 years of experience in HR function, preferably in organisations with high volume of recruitment
A good understanding of Singapore's talent market and have prior experience in conducting proactive searches for potential candidates through market-mapping & databases etc
