            1 year Contract Facilities Operations Coordinator $3.2K (EAA)  Job Responsibilities  Provide a centralized administrative and transactional support across the integrated Soft, Security and Engineering functions. 
End-to-end processing of invoices, ensuring three-way matching between Vendor Invoices, Service Entry Sheets and Purchase orders. 
Liaise with Finance Department to track aging reports and resolve payment discrepancies for both fixed and ad-hoc (non-fixed) resources. 
Consolidate monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data from various service streams. 
Ensure timely submission of performance reports from Integrated Service Vendors and verifying data accuracy. 
Maintain Digital Document Library such as Google Drive and SharePoint for all maintenance regimes, service reports and safety certifications.
