Eagle View Elementary School, Port Hardy, BC

0.20 FTE Temporary – Grade 3/4

Commencing: September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 or return of the incumbent, whichever comes first.

Qualifications

• Elementary teaching experience
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability and energy to work with multi-age groups and meet the needs of students with a range of learning styles and abilities using a variety of teaching strategies
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills to communicate with students, staff, and parents in a team oriented approach to teaching and learning
• Understanding of evidence based literacy assessments and strategies
• Strong formative assessment practices
• Experience with RTI (Response to Intervention) systems
