**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using the scale system
+ Verify product types, weights, and delivery documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
+ Coordinate with plant operations, dispatch, and drivers to maintain efficient traffic flow
+ Maintain daily records, tickets, and reports in alignment with company procedures
+ Provide professional customer service to drivers, vendors, and internal teams
