Join our team as a 0-19 Community Staff Nurse

In this key role as a Community staff nurse within our dedicated 5-19 years team, you will be providing exceptional care to our children and young people. You will be responsible for operational and strategic management of a defined caseload, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered in line with the Healthy Child Programme.

The successful candidate will need to be role models and demonstrate a willingness to lead, support and implement change, while adhering to our trust values, ‘we listen, we care, we deliver’.
