Genesis10 is currently seeking an Operations Technician for a contract position with a Major Telecommunications Company located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves monitoring and maintaining management networks within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening and working trouble tickets, driving equipment and facility repair, and providing direct support to technicians during network restoration activities.
