Job Description

This role focuses on the support of the existing Workday and GCP integrations.

You are responsible for developing and maintaining system integrations and components, including but not limited to; application to application integrations, services, internal and external API, file transfer, and EDI within a Workday and GCP environment.

Must have knowledge of WD Reporting tools and Core Connectors.

What You will do:

  • Act as liaison between the product development team and the support team during design to identify and agree technical requirements to enable new Workday functionalities
  • Document technical and integration requirements
  • Configure integration middleware in the Development & Integration environment
  • Work with subject matter experts and knowledgeable support staff to understand technical and application integration requirement
  • Address all Workday integration changes requested (via JIRA or other ticketing system)
  • Test in the preproduction environments all new changes required and proceed with the prescribed approval process
  • Support the yearly auditing activities
  • Collaborate with key project team members to validate expected results are in line  with business requirements

  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to uncover root cause and evaluate different solution options.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree (BS/BA or equivalent combination of education/experience)
  • 3 years of experience in working in the context of an ERP solution
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and/or Google suite.
