As a leading community economic development agency, Mission Possible currently runs two social enterprises, MP Maintenance and MP Neighbours. We're looking a Women's Shift Supervisor with our MP Maintenance team to provide high quality exterior cleaning services throughout the City of Vancouver who will:

  • Work alongside a female crew providing exterior cleaning maintenance services
  • Ensure safety, job quality and positive public engagement
  • Engage positively as a member of a women's-only team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Co-ordinator

Qualifications:

  • Models excellent work habits
  • Able to deliver efficient, quality work
  • Experience supervising a team of women
  • Show competence when dealing with people in public settings
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills

Duties:

  • Models excellent work habits

  • Understands exterior cleaning practices, property upkeep, maintenance and safe operating procedures
  • Show competence when dealing with people in public settings
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills
  • Engages positively as a member of a team
  • Willing to perform other duties as assigned by the coordinator.

Requirements:

  • Class 5 Driver’s License and a clean drivers’ abstract
  • Willing to complete a Criminal Background Check
  • Be available to work weekend shifts
  • Within commuting distance of downtown Vancouver
