Help keep plastic bottles out of our landfills.WATERLOGIC SALES DRIVER PROFILE:Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Regional Account Manager has both regional and national accountability. This role is key to maintaining and growing Waterlogic’s current relationships by visiting existing large key accounts regularly and providing excellent customer service while working with the clients to identify and expand new business opportunities within those accounts. In addition, this role is essential for generating and driving new sales and business opportunities for Waterlogic.:WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT DOING:Identifying, prospecting and developing new business and opportunities both regionally and nationallyManaging assigned book of business (existing customers), and identifying new opportunities with those clients regionally and nationallyDeveloping and maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and pricing structureDetermining customer needs and proposing appropriate service solutionsMeeting or exceeding sales goals and account retention percentagesExcelling at in person account management activities to establish relationships with key decision makersPreparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and rental agreements to key decision makersUtilizing Salesforce.Com for scheduling, pipeline reporting, maintaining customer profiles and documenting all account management related activities (including rental agreement execution via DocuSign)Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of local businessesCommunicating regularly (weekly) with the Regional Sales Manager on account management and sales activities, progress on goals, and status of customers as reflected in Salesforce.ComPerform other duties as assigned:WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:4+ years of experience with outside business-to-business account management and/or sales experience with a proven track record of success.4+ years with strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsExperience in developing and executing territory account management and/or sales strategiesAction oriented and the ability to work independently as within a team settlingWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:Enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spiritExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organized with good time management skillsStrong general computer and Office suite skillsValid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportationNICE TO HAVE!BA/BS degree or college degree in businessPrior experience within Salesforce.Com is preferred, but not requiredWHAT WE OFFER:Competitive base salaryMonthly bonusesMonthly expense allowanceiPad tabletWeekends and nights offComprehensive benefits plan
