On behalf of our Calgary based client, we are engaged in a search for a Warranty Administrator. The role is a blend of both administrative and customer service duties. Our ideal candidate must have 2+ years in administrative experience and 1+ year in customer/client service representative experience. Warranty experience within a construction company or a home builder background, would be a huge asset.
You’d describe yourself as supportive, yet analytical. You must have advanced Excel and Microsoft office skills, previous experience on Access database is also an asset. You bring exceptionally strong technical skills in helping to be the go-to person for all first level technical support.
You are a great communicator and not afraid to pick up the phone to call a client to schedule work. You can multi-task with ease and love the challenge of keeping a multitude of “to do’s” on the go. The Customer Service position works as part of a small team in an open environment.
