Job Description
Warehouse Worker
Location: Perth, ON
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Shift: 7am
– 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
– 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
:
* Pick and deliver parts to designated workstations and store according to proper sequence and coding.
* Pick and pack parts, finished goods for shipment to customers. Consolidate shipment in designated areas. Ensure packaging requirements are met to eliminate possible damage during transportation.
* Perform physical count and cycle counting; ensuring accurate count.
* Inform Supervisor of potential production or material concerns, including delay in shipment.
* Utilize computer system on daily basis to fulfill warehouse responsibilities.
* Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton"s Philosophy and Values as well as the Safety and Environmental standards.

– 6 months warehouse material handling experience.
* Basic to Intermediate computer skills including MS Office and database management.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and situations to achieve superior customer service.
* Prior experience on pallet movers/Reach Lift Trucks
* Knowledge of a lean manufacturing environment would be an asset.
* Demonstrated experience of strong attention to detail with a high focus on quality.
* Good problem solving, mathematical skills and troubleshooting ability.
* Must be a self
-starter, have excellent communication skills and thrive working in teams.

Education:
High School Diploma required with continuing education at a college, trade or university level preferred.
