The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for: Full onboarding process of our newly recruited package handlers (sorters) in the station; which includes the initial contact for their first day details, ensuring all e-trainings are completed in a timely manner and assisting them with any questions or concerns during this process; Reviewing and approving the sorters time cards on a daily basis; Printing the ID cards for all station employees; Monitoring and maintaining the main log by tracking the information for line hauls, time of reception and tracking the case numbers using the various softwares; Ensuring that the set meetings with the Business Partners are being completed; Reviewing the inventory and making sure that any lost packages from the previous day are accounted for and addressed with the Station Manager; All other related tasks. What do you need to be successful? Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative position; Logistics transportation diploma (asset); Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent ability to manage stress and pressure especially in a fast-paced environment; Well-organized and able to manage your time efficiently; Able to work autonomously as well as with different departments; Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
