We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Leads the strategic formulation of revenue budgets and targets and is accountable for their execution and performance.
  • Propagate a culture of innovation through ongoing investment in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics.
  • Develops team competencies in analysis and communications. Holds team accountable for revenue objectives and communication of results.
  • Monitor and manage economic and demographic movement, competitive actions, capacity changes, new markets, and limitations on pricing to continuously grow revenue, load factor and yield.
  • Provide the network with competitive pricing and distribution support, to generate revenues while maximizing yields.
  • Airline revenue and pricing industry experience required, with a minimum of five years at a Senior or Executive level.
  • Experience in serving in roles that have required him or her to represent the organization at senior levels with a variety of internal and external constituent groups.
  • A track record of continually challenging the status quo and pursuing new ideas and initiatives to reduce costs while enhancing profitable performance.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, ideally with some direct exposure to business domains such as finance or operations.
  • Well-developed people leadership skills and substantial people leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate their team, while holding them accountable for results.
  • Deploys modern practices and approaches to revenue management and pricing.
