This means that we are able to attract, engage and retain the best talent.About the role:We are looking for a Vice President – Enterprise Architecture & Integration to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business, particularly with respect to external facing technology products. Reporting to the Company’s Global Chief Operating Officer, you will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately.This role will:Lead the valuing of technology companies intellectual property, while working with our internal strategy and acquisition teamAdvise the CEO, COO and CIO on the merits, value and integration considerations and limitations on potential proptech and technology acquisition opportunitiesAssist in the development and recruitment of product managers, designers, developers, engineers and QA testersEvaluate and implement/integrate new technologies that yield competitive advantageAssist CIO to supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiencyUse stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technologyEnsure technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securelyUnderstand and touch all technologies the company deploysAlign product architecture with business prioritiesKeep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape, relying on a background in computing or software engineeringWork with CIO to oversee all system design and changes in system architecture collaborating with department heads, marketing, production, and operations as an advisor of all technologies involved with the companyEnsuring technology standards and best practices are metAssist Global Director, CyberSecurity to maintain network securityRequirements8-10 years’ experience in a software development role, information technology role, or related field; five years in management or leadership roleKnowledge of technological trends Understanding of budgets and business-planningAbility to conduct technological analyses and researchExcellent communication skillsLeadership and organizational abilitiesStrategic thinkingProblem-solving aptitude.
