Do you have at least 10 years experience in the Transportation Industry at a senior level? Do you a proven track record in Sales and Business Development? Our Client is seeking an experienced Vice President of Client Relations based in Toronto to be the right hand to their CEO. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience within the transportation industry, strong leadership and client relations skills and the ability to approach business from a creative point of view! The successful candidates main duty is to lead the Accounts team as well as the Sales Professional team. Along with the following responsibilities and duties: Collaborates with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, sales strategy, and hiring needs. Translates sales strategy into actionable goals for quality (NPS), performance (gross margin) and sales growth (organic and new clients) helping to implement organization-wide goal setting and performance management planning. Supports the company’s overall management and decision-making process to maximize profitability; Manages and controls the expenses of his sector according to the allocated budget; Maintains and develops the organizational culture, values and reputation of the company in its markets with its staff, clients and business partners. Mobilizes and supervises the account managers in creating and executing custom strategies for each of our clients based on their stage of evolution with us; Set up performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire sector including customer satisfaction (NPS), sales growth and gross margin as well as quarterly business review (QBR) for each client in order to clearly define priorities and deadlines; Analyze internal sales operations and identify areas of process enhancement; Plans and organizes the recruitment of its team members and provides personalized coaching to each account manager, in order to develop their skills and support them in achieving corporate and client objectives; Participate in setting up and optimizing new client integration processes; Performs other related tasks.
