Educate and articulate the thinking & strategy behind your work and design decisions. Ability to take on multiple UI/UX projects at the same time, working with different team members. Support and improve existing systems Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in leading UI and UX design Solid understanding of creating user-centered experiences with complex requirements Driven to innovate and lead creative workflows and processes for the team Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools Experience with UI / UX design for web and mobile applications Understanding of data-driven design Perform QA (Quality Assurance) related duties as assigned The ability to inspire and change minds with new ideas, visions Curiosity and openness to learn existing methodologies as well as new technological trends and incorporate these into on-going development projects.
