As a result, we have helped tens of millions of students in hundreds of thousands of K-12 classrooms and many higher education institutions throughout the US & Canada.HOURS: Monday to FridayPay: $41k annually + BonusMUST be comfortable working on Canadian OR American Holidays DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAnswer customer inquiries via email and phoneAnalyze simple inquiries and issues to troubleshoot and resolve PC, NB, CMB, Tablet hardware, system peripheral, and application and software problems and take corrective action in their resolutionDocument and updates all client problems and issuesFollow up with customers, sales, purchasing and production on status of RMA to ensure resolutionLiaising with customers, courier companies and shipping department to resolve any shipping errors or shipping damage and ensure equipment is tracked and customer receivesOther duties assignedQUALIFICATIONS1-2 years working in a professional environmentA+ Certification RequiredBasic knowledge of computers & their componentsAn understanding of the IT industryEffective communication skills with emphasis on telephone skills and customer satisfactionAbility to work under pressure, in a dynamic, fast paced, team orientated environmentExcellent time management skillsAbility to multi taskBasic server knowledgeWe thank all applicants for their interest; however only candidatesselected for an interview will be contacted.
