Hogarth’s Transcreation Account Managers play a central role in ensuring the smooth operations of assigned accounts and the continuous identification of revenue opportunities, with a particular focus on transcreation-related accounts.Due to rapid expansion, Hogarth is seeking a Transcreation Manager to manage the transcreation and production of advertising for major global brands.Your responsibilities will include:Day-to-day contact for agency/client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departmentsManaging language adaptation process with our team of approved writersEvaluating adaptations received to ensure they meet the clients’ brief (format, tone of voice, language and style) and that the brand and the message is relevant in the local market.Building the Brand Glossary and Library of Approved Assets for all of the markets. Responsible for managing adaptationof advertising and marketing materials – from briefing through adaptation to delivery.Liaises with clients (brands) to ensure a clear understanding of the brief, deliverables and timeline for each project, to ensure smooth delivery of market-specific materials.Demonstrate clear understanding of the working brand(s)Planning and executing complex schedules to accommodate client requirements, including evaluating risks related to cost, cycle time, and capacity. ​ Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g., Print, Traffic & Video productionUpdates and maintain creative and production timelines and budgets.Respond to information requests from the Senior Account Manager or Account DirectorsPrepare accurate cost estimates against the Rate Card for AD approvalManage agreed budgets and administration (incl. billing)Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance functionSupport the AD in supplying client management information and reportingHighlight and escalate quality control issuesStrive to better client and stakeholder relationsDistribute contact reports and agendasRequirementsExperience of working in a Localization, Talent Management or Production Management role.High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets Strong numeracy skillsPrioritization, time management, organizational skills and attention to detail Resilience and ability to work under pressure Fluent oral and written English essential, other languages desirableStrong interpersonal skillsHighly organized, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challengesExperience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders desirableHogarth Values Heart and Soul: We love what we do.
