Matrix Labour Leasing is looking for a TireInspector in ST. LAURENT, Quebec – ASAP!!!!! This is a Full Time Position!! LONG TERM Job Purpose: The Tire Inspectors primary focus is to make certain that all Vendor policies and procedures are being followed consistently to ensure credit received will correspond with credit given to our customer. Duties and Responsibilities: Make certain that all Vendor policies and procedures are being followed consistently Ensure credit received will correspond with credit given to our customer Routine inspection of tire and/or tube with the ability to determine if further action is needed. Assist with merger and acquisition adjustment process as needed Occupies a position of confidence and responsibility in the performance of all activities related to Inspectors position Possess working knowledge of Hunter mounting and balancing machines Experience that Best Prepares You: 2 years of failed tire and wheel inspection experience preferred Key Competencies: Knowledge of profit and loss calculations and basic business finance (percentages and calculations), to ensure credit to customer is offset by credit from Vendor. Ability to read, analyze and interpret Vendor technical bulletins and other internal Company reports and/or NHTSA regulations. Must possess thorough knowledge of tire/wheel inspection guidelines and procedures. Must possess strong mathematical and analytical skills for monitoring credits along with problem-solving skills. Must possess excellent knowledge of current materials, methods, tools and equipment (including Hunter mounting and balancing machines).
