We are seeking an Inbound Technical Sales/Acct. Representative (Req:Experience In Technology) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
You will successfully create new business by offering our Digital Signage and Rentals products and services.
Must have knowledge of technology terms, products and how they work (i.e. displays, monitors, computers, mobile phones, tablets, windows OS, Android OS)
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Answer Sales and Rentals calls, gather necessary information, follow up with clients, close deals and process orders.
Research the customer to understand their environment, politics, limitations, hot points and other factors to determine their requirements and make the best recommendations

Provide feedback to managers and sales managers regarding current and anticipated Proposal/Quoting Documents

Engage necessary internal resources such as Project Manager and other company departments; engage outside resources such as vendors, partners and customers

Prepare professionally written responses to Proposal Documents that specifically address customer requirements; ensure compliance, accuracy and timeliness

Document and report on quoting status including eventual capture information and proper close out of opportunities including proposal debriefing and transition to Project Management, where applicable

Receive and answer client requests (Call, CRM, Helpdesk, Chat)

Maintain CRM Database clean and organized
**
Get in touch with clients from our contact list and successfully create new business by offering our products and solving any questions

Create and send quotes, follow up and get necessary details to close the deal
**
Check inventory status in warehouse and from manufacturers for the requested products
* *
Convert quotes into invoices, follow up on payments
**
Manage your own projects from start to finish, review documents, setting up deadlines, work with Project Manager to schedule installation team if necessary, assigning tasks for yourself and any other teammates involved and making sure all tasks are done in a timely manner

Deals with any scope changes with the client and keep CRM Potential and notes updated

Keep the General Manager informed on projects progress and any relevant info

Check inventory status in the warehouse and with Distributors

Add Rentals SKUs to the rental system

Ensure showroom is prepared for all meetings

Be proactive and self – managed

Contribute to department or company projects assigned
