Our recruiting team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who would be interested in a contract to hire opportunity offered within the Ottawa, Ontario region.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Learn our client’s culture and hiring criteria.
  • Build talent pools to attract qualified candidates for multiple requirements.
  • Screen and interview candidates assessing for technical knowledge and culture fit.
  • Assist with internal projects as required – we strive to give our staff the freedom to take on projects related to their career growth and professional aspirations. These can include process improvements, new tech, meetups, thought leadership sessions and much more.
  • Will assist a backlog of open requisitions.
