Your day looks like:
• Recruitment of requisitions from various departments within the company.
• Meeting and developing relationships with prospective and active candidates.
• Creating effective job postings to attract job seekers; and build pipeline(s) of quality candidates.
• Source, screen, interview, select, prepare, and present candidate profiles with service excellence to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
• Lead social media campaigns.
• Close the deal! Make both client and candidate ecstatic.
As Recruiter you are:
• 3-5 years into your career, experienced with fulfilling recruitment requisitions.
• Tech savvy and experienced with posting jobs and a social media guru.
• Confident in your English communication skills, with strong writing and verbal presentation skills
• Ambitious, competitive, and persistent, while exercising good judgment and strong ethics
• Helpful and thoughtful, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Full of energy with the drive and yearning to contribute to the bottom line while loving what you do!
