Job Description
Hiring a Technical Lead Full Stack Development for our client in Toronto, ON. This is a global organization that is continuing to expand internationally and is looking for leaders to help with these initiatives!

The Technical Lead of Full Stack Development will be responsible for guiding a team of Software Developers dedicated to developing applications start to finish and ensuring they meet quality targets and are delivered on time.

What you will be doing
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Software Developers
- Build, optimize, and scale the service-oriented architecture platform and infrastructure
- Perform code reviews and design reviews to ensure compliance with development standards
- Collaborate with engineers across the organization to identify patterns of problems and implement solutions for clients
- Draft and review architectural diagrams, interface specifications, class structures, and other design documents
- Hire and retain high quality and diverse software development talent
What you need to know
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in software and Web development
- A minimum of 3 years professional front-end and back-end development experience
- Experience testing code
- Must have JavaScript expert level
- Node.js or React.js or Angular, Python, or Redux experience is a plus
- Experience implementing software in a variety of operating environments (UNIX, Linux and Windows)
- PHP is a plus!
