Job Description


A Technical Account Manager is eager to help our portfolio of global clients succeed; a ‘farmer’, not a ‘hunter’. This individual must have the ability to earn the respect and trust of each customer through product knowledge, understanding of our service delivery, and how it fits into our customer’s overall environment. You will review unique business and technical project parameters and define a successful solution for the implementation and integration of Modern Requirements4DevOps. A successful candidate must be action oriented, capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.


  1. Proactively anticipate customer needs and facilitate project success.
  2. Act as the primary representative between our customers and Modern Requirements.
  3. Develop and implement best practices for program/project management, communication artifacts, reporting, and capability improvements.
  4. Assist clients in solving reported issues in using our software. These include installation issues, technical issues, best practices and how to questions.
  5. Communicate effectively; organize and juggle priorities; solve problems and make decisions; build teams and relationships.
  6. Document case studies, testimonials and references working with our clients.
  7. Increase footprint within client organizations.
  8. Conduct demos.


  1. Undergraduate degree or diploma
  2. Experienced in technical account management
  3. Experience with presales & sales activities
  4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps, software development processes and environments.
  6. Nice to have – practical knowledge / experience of the business analysis function

Required Qualifications:

  1. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  2. 5+ year experience in technical account management, presales &/or sales.
  3. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  4. Well-developed problem-solving skills.
  5. Demonstrable client centric approach.
  6. Exceptional attention to detail.
  7. Resourceful & inquisitive.
  8. Well organized.
