Key ResponsibilitiesWork in collaboration with the human capital and marketing teams; engaging leadership to ensure the timely delivery of human capital projects and campaignsContribute to the strategy, planning and execution of initiatives related to social media, campus and experienced recruitment and diversity and inclusion Complete research and apply strong graphic design and writing experience to create engaging reports, visuals, presentations, templates and other communications that align with brand standardsEnhance the visibility of MNP’s Employer Brand via social media platforms and evolve social media practices to create unique user experiences that elicit engagementDevelop and post content for social media channels that creatively showcases our local office environments, teams, individuals and community contributionsActively engage with and respond in a timely manner to individuals who interact with MNP through questions, comments or reviewsMaintain consistent corporate brand identity for human capital communicationsProduce and analyze regular and ad hoc reportsContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesYour Skills and ExperiencePost-secondary education and accreditation with a marketing or communications specialty2 to 4 years of graphic design, social media and corporate communication experience in an agency or large company environmentExperience in graphic design including use of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom and PhotoshopStrong writing capabilitiesExperience with all aspects of major social media platforms including best practices, post types, sponsoring posts, linking considerations, media buying, scheduling and monitoring toolsProfessional services industry experience is considered an assetMore than a paycheque, MNP delivers.
