Serco Canada is looking for a Sustainment Manager.The Sustainment Manager will be responsible for the sustainment of all North Warning System (NWS) equipment, systems and infrastructure including:Preparation, implementation and administration of the North Warning System (NWS) Life Cycle Material (LCM).Management (LCMM) Plan for the North Warning System (NWS) to include on-going trend analysis on the performance of NWS equipment, systems and infrastructure with annual reporting.Preparation, implementation and administration of the North Warning System (NWS) Configuration Management Plan for NWS configured items.Provision of engineering services for the design of sustainment projects.Implementation of sustainment projects.The Sustainment Manager must:Have a degree in Engineering, in a field directly related to the requirements of this position, or a diploma in Engineering Technology.Be eligible for certification as a P. Eng. or CET.Have at least ten (10) years of direct experience working in an Engineering or other Technical Services department.Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing an Engineering or Technical Services function.Currently possess, or be able to obtain and maintain,a minimum of a Reliability Security Clearance, however a Level II (Secret) is preferred.**Serco Canada is using this posting for the purpose of responding to a proposal.
