responsible for developingstrong,collaborative relationships with the Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams, particularly at the leadership level tounderstandandalignonthe IT andbusiness strategies, andtoproactivelyestablish prioritiesstrategicinitiatives.Whileyou will also serve as the relationship leader between the key stakeholders in the Supply Chain, Manufacturing IT teams, you will alsocoachBusiness Analysts on the teamandhelp to identify opportunities and solutions forimprovements toprocesses.You willeffectively and efficientlyoverseethe joint projects between IT andthe business teamstoensurerobust, sustainable solutions are delivered.This entails, but is not limited to, connecting withthe appropriateusers to define requirements on the various improvement projects, effectively communicate such requirements to the IT Teamand most importantly, in collaboration with the various groups in the IT team,overseethe critical path of each project and ensure timelines and targetsare planned for,properly communicated to all playersand alignedacross all applicable teams.Priorities constantly change you will not be directly responsible for timelines to be met, but you will carry the responsibility of properly communicating the changes to allteam members, alignment in understanding between the teams,and escalating issues when necessary.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationshipsacross theSupply Chain,Manufacturing, and ITteams tounderstandstrategies,priorities and identify sustainable solutionsDefineand execute strategic project roadmapsfor IT solutionsto achievebusiness goalsCollaborate with key stakeholders to gain an appropriate depth and breadth of understanding of Supply Chainand Manufacturingprocesses, tools, and future needs within the context of FGF’s business strategyEstablishacadence with keySupply Chain andManufacturingstakeholders to ensure businesses are up to date on initiatives,developments,new technologiesCoach and guide business analysts to resolve issues, improve processes, and develop constructive relationships with stakeholdersIntimately understand Supply Chainand Manufacturingprocessesto be able to add value toupcoming projects and actively contribute to continuous improvements in the Supply Chain spaceUnderstand and identify business opportunities, prioritizeinitiatives in alignment withbusiness needs,andensure on time delivery ofhigh-qualitysolutionsWork closely with the team to definedetailedbusiness requirementsTranslate business requirements into functional requirements.In collaboration with subject matter experts and users, communicate on possible solutionsto ensure thatbest, most efficient solutions are selectedWork with IT colleagues to develop innovative solutions and test functionality to ensure fulfillment of business requirementsHelp to ensure data integrity and qualityon an on-going basis, including extracts and migrationto new toolsHave thorough knowledge of allSupply Chainand ManufacturingapplicationsSupportusers and serve asaprimary point ofcontact on behalf of the IT organizationProvide excellent customer service to our business stakeholders and team membersRequired Ingredients:Minimum5years of experience with direct responsibilityinSupply Chainin a manufacturing environment(Food Manufacturing experience is considered an asset)Relevant Bachelor’s degree incomputerscience, business administration ora closely related field.Experience leading teamsExperience withERP systems and implementationsExperience and/or education in continuous improvement, six sigma or lean manufacturing is highly desirableStrong project management skills,prioritizingworkloads to effectively and efficiently meet deadlinesExcellent computer skills including databases, spreadsheets, reporting technologiesExcellent verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical, and independent judgmentskills to support a customer-centric, collaborative environmentAbility to obtain, document,andinterpret business requirementsinto functional requirementsthatcan be used for system designAbility to build
