• Benefits: Flights to and from the ship
• Start date: IMMEDIATE
• Salary: $3,200US TAX FREE per month while on board
• Rotation: 4 months on and 2 months off
• Reporting to: Front Office Manager
• Full JD: On application
The Role Overview
The Receptionist’s primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of service in a prompt, friendly, personalized and professional manner. He/She will assist with all administrative work as requested by the Front Office Manager, facilitate embarkation and disembarkation for Residents and Guests and assist Residents and Guests with their general needs.
To be considered for the role you must make sure the below is applicable to yourself or the individual you forward this too:
You will have worked in a luxury environment on a cruise liner or in a 5* Hotel
You will be used to dealing with complaint handling
You will be used to dealing with special requests and used to achieving results
You will offer great customer service and building positive relations with guests and colleagues
You will have the ability to work under pressure and maintain a pleasant working environment
You will be computer literate – Word/excel/Fidelio/MXP/and similar
You will be used to dealing with Lost Luggage
You will be available at very short notice
You will ideally speak several languages
You will have access to Skype webcam to have an interview in the coming week!
