We are proud to have instilled a shared sense of responsibility and commitment among our approximately 10,000 employees located throughout North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.Under general direction, complete new store openings, relocations, closures, and other projects related to the successful operation of the Lennox PartPlus (LPP) store network.Provides operational support and direction to ensure successful store opening,relocations, and closures.Contributes to analysis, setting policies and establishing best practices in store operations.Partners with multiple functional departments to enable the growth and performance of the store network.Learns knowledge and skills to manage multiple LPP stores.Requires a bachelor”s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience. Requires at least 1 year as a high performing LPP Store Manager.Ability to lead others.Strong business acumen to position the store within the market in terms of promotions and customer awareness through the effective use of promotions, customer contacts, outbound calls, customer appreciation events.Basic knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement.Expert knowledge of HVAC systems strongly preferred.Strong oral and written communication skills.Effective at developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers, dealers, sales, and operations partners.Thorough knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
