HSE Integrated has an exciting temporary opportunity in Sarnia Ontario for a Station Manager to provide hands-on leadership and management of Sarnia Fire Branch #991. The objective is to provide industrial fire life and safety services in a profitable manner to a diverse client base while upholding the company mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and provide a sales pipeline of active clients, site visits, track project wins, follow up and promote business opportunities
  • Manage field and office employees by providing effective coaching and leadership to ensure a highly engaged and capable team
  • Develop and execute an annual station business plan that is centered around HSE’s mission and core values
  • Take a leadership role in safety excellence to ensure HSE best practices are executed by every employee
  • Manage staffing requirements and oversee the recruitment and training of new employees
  • Tracking and management of all staff, fleet assets, and field products.
