Who We’re Looking For

We’re adding a Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist to our team. The purpose of this position is to solve business challenges for a diverse group of clients while working cohesively within a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about building strategies and implementing solutions that cover the digital media spectrum (i.e. SEM, paid social, local, SEO & Analytics).

Tactical Experience:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience 

    • Successfully executing PPC advertising campaigns for one or more enterprise clients

      • Google Ads

      • Microsoft Ads

      • Facebook/Instagram Ads

      • LinkedIn Ads

    • Successfully setting up and analyzing Google Analytics and Search Console; bringing forward recommendations on how to improve campaign performance

    • Successfully setting up website tracking via Google Tag Manager

    • Successfully applying your knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), & Local Optimization (Google My Business, Bing Places) 

    • Successfully applying your knowledge of various elements of marketing, technology and creative to drive results

 

Your Day To Day:

Executing performance-driven PPC programs

  • Setting up campaigns

  • Developing ad copy

  • Implementing geographic, device, keyword, & audience targeting

  • Optimizing campaigns for maximum performance based on analytics data

  • Running A/B testing

  • Making recommendations to improve landing page experiences in order to improve conversion rates

Implementing SEO best practices

  • Conducting audience research

  • Optimizing our clients’ online presence to align with their audience

  • Monitoring keyword ranking performance & developing strategies for improvement

Developing insightful reports

  • Leveraging Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, and various ad platforms to create reporting dashboards for clients

  • Preparing monthly or quarterly reports for clients that not only tell them what’s happening with their campaigns but why it’s happening and what next steps we recommend

Contributing to client and company growth

  • Growing existing accounts through strong strategy and performance metrics

  • Assisting in the development of marketing strategies for new clients
