Position Purpose:The Sr Analyst, Marketing Operations is a key role within the Stericycle Go-to-market team, serving as a key analyst of Stericycle’s Marketing Operations function.This role is responsible for leading the optimization of Stericycle’s marketing and commercial channel performance measurement efforts for the Independent & Enterprise markets. The Sr Marketing Operations Analyst will own projects and initiatives related to measuring marketing and commercial channel performance impact from lead generation through to closing the sale across Inbound and Outbound channels, while working closely with Marketing and Sales leaders to drive people, processes and technology improvements. Key Job Activities:- Manages the development and optimization of Stericycle’s marketing impact review while working closely with leadership and integrated marketing leads to recommend program improvements based on funnel performance – Project manage cross functional initiatives focused on channel and process optimization to drive impact across both inbound and outbound channels- Manage the development and expansion of Stericycle’s Demand Center including channel definitions, documenting and building structure within BI & Visualizations systems- Partner with the Integrated Marketing leads to develop performance measurement frameworks for new product marketing launches- Presents insights and recommendations identified in a clear manner, that will inform the strategies of the commercial marketing team to accelerate growth- Act as the subject matter expert on inbound lead routing, lead and opportunity management, and performance across the funnel- Manages the transition of the commercial marketing performance measurement framework structure and systems through Stericycle’s ERP roll-out- Partner closely with Integrated Marketing, Sales Operations and IT to implement people process and technology related to improving funnel conversion Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or other related field or the equivalent in related work experience 4+ years’ experience in a marketing analyst role, preferably in a B2B services environment, with increasing responsibility 2+ years’ of modeling, forecasting experience in excel and ability to showcase results in a clear manner through formatting, pivots, charts or graphs 2+ years’ experience leveraging Tableau or related BI and visualization systems Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and it’s suite of products and how to enable sales to work within those systems Tableau or equivalent BI & Visualization tool certification preferred Analytical thinker that isn’t afraid to work within spreadsheets Excellent process and system documentation skills Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an effective and articulate manner Prior experience working on a fast paced, high impact team Education:Experience (EMEAA):Certifications and/or Licenses:Benefits:Disclaimer:The above description is meant to provide a summary of the nature and level of work being performed; it should not be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and requirements of the job or person.
