Then you”ve got what it takes to succeed at Samsung.Sr. Manager, Builder SalesThis position will be taking the HA divisions vision for the builder business and implementing our 5 year plan to achieve a significant amount of market share within the Canadian builder market. He/She will manage the overall strategy with current retail partners and work cross functionally with the retail team to ensure our entrenchment in this industry.Develop specific strategies to drive Samsung HA products into the builder market by working with current retail account managers and their key accounts.Must be able to plan 90 to 180 out for 2019 and 18 to 24 months out of bigger projects.Must manage and develop the funnel for the builders sales in 2019 for 2022 revenue jump.Develop and implement programs & strategies that will increase the sell-through and sell-to business of the product lines for both new and existing accounts.Develop and grow Samsung Brand with all accountsCollaborate with all accounts on joint business planning, brand management, in-store merchandising and retail sales execution.Make product presentations, both new product introductions and present product offering to customers and prospects as prescribed by the Company sales guidelines.Manage relationships with key accounts to build long term trust and to maximize business opportunities Oversee weekly/monthly product forecast by model, by dealer and ensure inventory forecast matches promotional calendar by account. Must have ability to think critically about his/her territory to maximize sales and profitability while ensuring a strong affinity to the division and the brand.Must be able to instill a strong level of standard operating procedures in line with company guidelines and requirements.Ensure adequate time is spent on the road working with each rep in developing their territory.Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Sales (or equivalent) from a known university preferredStrong knowledge of Home Appliance products and competitorsProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP5-7 years industry experience preferredMust be highly self-motivated and capable of self-directed work given only broad objectives and limited direct supervisionStrong presentation skillsMust be capable of planning, organizing and prioritizing multiple projects and assignments.Must be capable of managing a direct report.
