Lquipe de dveloppement et de support post-production est responsable de la maintenance, du dveloppement occasionnel et du support pour tous les produits internes et externes des clients, ainsi que du DevOps. Le candidat retenu devra savoir tablir des priorits et grer les problmes directement avec les clients, rsoudre des problmes complexes et modifier du code ou en crire du nouveau, et ce dans plusieurs langages et sur plusieurs plateformes si ncessaire. En tant que Dveloppeur Post-Production, vous devrez… crire, modifier, rviser, optimiser et dverminer de code informatique Participer aux activits de tests et de contrle de qualit tel que dcrit dans la stratgie de tests. Focus sur loptimisation et la correction de problmes en production sur des applications existantes Communiquer de faon polie, concise et prcise autant verbale qu’ l’crit avec le client en anglais et franais. Grande flexibilit, beaucoup de changements entre les diffrentes tches, les technologies et les clients, parfois dans la mme journe tre autonome et proactif afin d’assurer la mise jour des comptences pour s’adapter aux exigences en constante volution. Optimiser son temps afin de grer les priorits clients lors de grande priode d’achalandage versus les projets spciaux, les taches ‘backlog’, l’auto-formation (dveloppement des comptences), etc. Utiliser diverses ressources afin de rsoudre efficacement des problmes particuliers (par exemple, chercher l’aide d’un collgue connaissant cette technologie) Les ncessits pour ce poste: Bilinguisme (franais/anglais); 8 10 ans dexprience de travail en dveloppement de logiciels; Exprience professionnelle en programmation avec deux ou plus des technologies suivants: JAVA, Ruby, JavaScript, Python, PHP, Objective-C, C#, C++, HTML, CSS, Swift, Kotlin etc. Faire preuve d’une grande flexibilit, maturit et une grande curiosit pour les nouvelles technologies; tre indpendant et dbrouillard, mais aussi tre un coquipier serviable; tre un communicateur clair, concis et courtois autant avec vos collgues quavec les clients. The Post-Production Development and Support Team is responsible for post-production maintenance, irregular development, and support for all internal and external client products. The successful candidate will have to independently prioritize and manage issues directly with multiple clients, solve challenging problems, and modify or write new code in multiple languages on multiple platforms, as necessary. As Post-Production Developer, you will… Write, modify, review, optimize and debug code. Participate in testing and quality control activities as contemplated in the testing strategy. Focus on incremental improvements and correcting production issues for existing applications. Communicate with clients in a concise, accurate and polite manner, both orally and in writing, in English and in French. Display flexibility and good judgment to bridge major differences between tasks, technologies and clients, several times a day.
