We are looking for a versatile senior full stack developer with a passion for interesting and complex projects to join the Digital Knowledge Management team. The Digital Knowledge Management team’s core focus is to make the customer support experience better for all our frontline agents. Our agents assist thousands of customers every day by leveraging the tools we build to find answers to their questions. Our team is unique in that we support all lines of business across the organization to centralize and unify support content for our agents. Improving the agent experience is a continuous process; by joining our team you will directly influence the lives of thousands of agents and ultimately our customers. As a member of the broader Digital team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with product, content, design, experience, technology and other partners to evolve the business.
This role will work with a diverse, tight-knit development and product team to build a new, enterprise-wide Knowledge Management application in the cloud. This includes working with other developers to drive a culture of performant code, elegant design and taking the time to create a platform that supports our business.
