If you have a passion for selling, an entrepreneurship mindset and a drive to succeed, then this is a great opportunity for youResponsibilities: Contacting physicians (General Practice, Endocrinology/Rheumatology) and other Healthcare Professionals ( Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Pharmacists) to develop our business and expand the clinical use of Repatha and Prolia in the territory. Achieve maximum market share vs. competitive productRespond to customer needs and maintain a high quality of service via knowledge of the Osteoporosis, Cardiology and Endocrinology therapeutic areas and the appropriate management of patientsManage any logistics pertaining to Amgen sponsored rounds; execute in-services as required, and execute continuing health education initiatives (National/Regional Speaker Tours) with programsCreate/develop innovate programs, as required, and build competitive advantage for Amgen within key accountsAchieve customer sales by executing POA marketing strategies, which includes delivering branded sales messagesServicing customers with the focus on ensuring product access, resolving/triage reimbursement issues, and supporting fulfillmentDeveloping and implementing customer plans, including review of sales activities, territory analysis and CRM maintenanceProviding feedback on marketing strategies and effectiveness in the field Basic QualificationsBachelors DegreeBased in the territory Preferred Qualifications Sales experience in the Rheumatology and Cardiology/Dyslipidemia market a significant assetExperience in both Specialty & Primary Care selling environments considered an assetFamiliarity with customers in territoryKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:• Competitive selling skills – track record• Excellent communication skills• Negotiation skills• Strong decision making/problem solving skills• Leadership skills• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
