As a Sr. Application Developer, you will provide lead and/or provide subject matter expertise in production and non-production databases for  data development / maintenance ensuring consistency and integration with existing database infrastructure. Manage database distribution, configuration, security and access requirements. Design and develop physical databases. Perform reporting, capacity planning, performance tuning, back-up and restores. Also code, test, implement and maintain medium to highly complex ETL mappings and scripts to build and maintain automated ETL processes, develop logical and physical data flow models for ETL applications. Translate data access, transformation and movement requirements into functional requirements and mapping designs. How You’ll SucceedProgramming Ability: Perform and coordinate complex application database activities, develop ETL workflows, code, test, debug, document, and adjust in order to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of programs.Managing Multiple Priorities: Manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities. Effective judgment in prioritizing and time allocation. Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.Application Development Tools / Process: Demonstrate knowledge of a variety of tools and toolkits for development and support of applications.  Knowledge of major tasks, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering new or enhanced applications.Interpersonal Relationships: Demonstrate knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for working with individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.Who You AreYou can demonstrate experience in: 5+ years’ experience in database administration and working with Informatica PowerCenter 9.x or higher. You have a strong understanding of workflow development, mappings and querying databases as well as diagnosing issues through Informatica workflow and session logs. You are proficient in the use of Oracle databases (SQL queries, stored procedures, etc.). It’s an asset if: you have used technologies like Tableau to deliver reports, working knowledge of AutoSys setup & configuration, Feed hub processes, and Unix scripting. You are familiar with Azure SQL Server database and usage will be an added advantage.You’re digitally savvy. You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies.
