What will your typical day look like?

You will be the expert advisor for Content Managers across the firm – the people who maintain and drive our intranet, myDeloitte. You will show them how to improve the user experience and give them detailed guidance to make sure their pages are as good as they can be. You will also be hands-on support to the Executive Communications team, posting the news all our people need to see! SharePoint will be your main tool, but you will support all the new platforms and technologies that we use.

About the team

In this role, you will report into a Knowledge Manager Supervisor and work with members of Executive Communications and IT. You will liaise and support practitioners from all areas of the firm.

You are someone who is:

• Extremely tech savvy, and can solve a problem without much guidance
• Able to stay focused on priorities, managing daily stresses and pressure
• Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
• An expert in SharePoint (or can learn very quickly) and other collaborative platforms
• An exceptional English speaker and writer, with bilingualism (French/Spanish) as an asset
