Job Description
New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to guide the delivery team on architectural discussions and decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architecture plans.
- Provide oversight on solution architecture activities for high profile and complex projects.
- Collaborate with different technology teams and disciplines to gather requirements in order to determine architecture solutions to meet business needs.
- Identify and assess risks, and develop a risk management plan.
- Develop contingency plans for the project and risks.
- Define data architecture.
- Apply principles of TOGAF and ITIL when appropriate and using good judgment from your extensive experience.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong experience in architecture and service delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
