Software-in-the-Loop Simulation Integration Engineer [2009] – The Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) Simulation Integration Engineers (SIE) work as liaisons between the Plant Modeling team, Tools team, and internal Engineering customers, and are ultimately responsible to deliver quality simulation environment on time to meet the customers’ requirements. This position requires an individual with a passion for modeling, an adept knowledge of system simulation and integration, and a demonstrated capability for managing a wide variety of technical and customer needs. A balance of technical skills and project leadership skills is critical.
As a Software-in-the-Loop Integration Engineer, you are able to effectively integrate plant models, controller models and other critical elements to provide a fully functional SiL environment for developing and testing of automotive control code. You are also proficient in detecting and resolving bugs in the SiL testing environment.
