Storage Insights is looking for an innovate technical leader who is passionate about big . Our mission is to help customers understand ‘what’ they have, ‘how’ their is being used, and the ‘actions’ they can take on their via insights and analytics. This is Big analytics at a very large scale. S3 is one of the largest in the world, managing trillions of objects and processing millions of requests per second. We provide customers aggregated by unique key, S3 bucket level, and based on a list of prefixes or tags. One of our key challenges is how to effectively tackle the cardinality of aggregating the object and event for customers by S3 buckets and prefixes. The work you do here is going to significantly drive growth not just in S3 but the AWS ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
• 5+ years people management experience
• Experience with OOD and object oriented languages
• Deep hands-on technical expertise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business and technical vision
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A deep understanding of software in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time
