Innoclean Inc. is hiring a Social Media Manager for one of it's companies Pame Eco Technology Inc.

Pame Eco Technology Inc. is a manufacturer of eco-friendly cleaning products for everyday household use. We run a full vertical manufacturing that takes into contributions such as Research and Development, Product Design, Advertising, Marketing, Sales and Distribution directly to consumers or retailers with innovative sustainable packaging, because we not only want to eradicate the use of harmful chemicals from your home, but also take preventable measures from polluting our oceans, landfills by avoiding single-use plastic.


Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager will administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising. Administration includes but is not limited to:

  • Deliberate planning and goal setting
  • Development of brand awareness and online reputation
  • Content management
  • SEO & PPC and generation of inbound traffic
  • Cultivation of leads and sales

The Social Media Manager is a highly motived, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as he/she engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media Strategy in order to build our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments and reporting to the E-commerce Manager and CEO.


Job Description – Social Media Manager

1. Customer Acquisition (get ‘em to visit! / footfall)

  • Responsible for all the key ways to drive potential customers to the online buying experience.
  • This will include Paid Search (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO),
  • Will also include the establishment of key-traffic driving partnerships online,
  • Consideration of selected Affiliates
  • Social media engagement
  • Advertising both online and offline e.g. Drive to store and web site print campaign to create awareness / promote key seasonal merchandise and multi-channel customer opportunity

2. Customer Conversion (get ‘em to buy)

  • Responsible for number of visitors who complete and purchase online
  • Optimizing the user experience to continue to improve dwell time on site and bag/cart completion
  • Working with Site Analytics to identify what is working online and what isn’t
  • Establishing an ongoing and weekly agenda of site improvements that need to be addressed with clear recommendations as to requirements
  • Working with Creative Dept. and/or site Design Agency to identify issues that require minor redesigns e.g. Move click button to different part of page
  • Working with Webmaster/IT resource to implement changes
  • Carry out these tactical Design/IT changes and ensure that job gets done very quickly
  • Identifying new functional tools that will strengthen customer engagement

3. Customer Retention (get ‘em to come back)

  • Responsible for driving customer lifetime value
  • Work towards developing a loyalty club
  • This involves identifying key means to build relationships with existing customers
  • And encourage / drive repeat purchase
  • Will require the establishment / further development of an online customer database with their email addresses, contact info be regularly cleansed to ensure up-to-date
  • Develop content, manage, and implement email drip campaigns to re-target and re-market a cluster of contacts with clear strategies
  • A programme of outbound marketing to target customers with differentiated communications to reflect e.g. active vs. lapsed, Canada vs. overseas, Hi-income vs. mid-income etc.

4. Content / Category Management (get ‘em engaged)

  • Responsible for the Product / Copy / Editorial and Photographic content on the site
  • A major role in charge of the way the site looks and feels
  • Quality of photography and image resolution
  • The copy descriptions
  • Signage
  • Overall online merchandising and design layout
  • Team up with IT/Information Architecture to optimize visual presentation
  • Definition of key product categories
  • Ensuring each category is easily found by site visitors and provides a compelling experience
  • Product and information hierarchy
  • Working to identify which products / categories working best and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Provision of content / copy for distribution by Marketing to Social media sites

Mandatory Requirements and Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Solid understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with audience and buyer persona research
  • Sound understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
