Service Team Leader – Ontario
Leads andpromotes the Bystronic culture and values. Creates a positive and inclusiveworking environment for all team members.
Responsibilityto ensure customer satisfaction through the continual focus on NPS and theachievement of all global leading and lagging indicators.
Executeson After Sales service activities with team and support functions to ensureconsistent achievement of targets aligned to strategic goals of Globalorganisation.
Assigntasks, review the work, evaluate their performance against pre-determined andaligned goals and provide feedback.
Ensuring apositive working environment and collaborative approach
Manages employeesin the area of responsibility in accordance with superior and corporateguidelines, sets appropriate individual objectives aligned with the globalstrategy and targets.
Developsteam by providing performance feedback, coaching and motivation; responsiblefor supporting the completion of team training; assesses employees’ strengthsand development needs and establishes personal development plans; holdsconstructive career development discussions
Managing ateam of 6 up to 10 direct reports
The roleis field based
Basic business acumen, understanding bothcustomer satisfaction & financial drivers
Task & project management skills, basic PCskills (customer relationship management software, Excel and PowerPoint)
Customer Focus: Is dedicated to meeting theexpectations and requirements of internal and external customers; getsfirst-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products andservices; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effectiverelationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
Good communication, presentation, negotiation,coaching and basic training skills

Willingness to travel within the specificregion
