Service Planner

Service Planner reports to the Service Manager

Qualifications: Minimum two to three years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service and/or industrial operations environment with a College Diploma in business or electro/mechanical field, with leadership and management ability. Must have computer, organizational, customer relation skills. Related experience will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the service schedule for all sold work.
  • Responsible for all the planning and scheduling of the branch service activities
  • Arrange sub-contracted services and equipment, including rentals.
  • Generate service requests (SR) and work packages (WP) and assign to field operatives.
  • Trigger the need for requisition/purchase in Siebel (internal Company system). Verify that Siebel PO request is submitted to SAP without errors.
  • Schedule and dispatch field operatives in the field coordinating with Customers schedule
  • Review of job costs such as labor, travel, expense and materials.
  • Review charge lines of completed work before sending to invoice.
  • Handle on- call activities
  • Define material requirements for service request both planned and on-call

    Skills and Experience:

  • Working in an office environment.
  • Strong organizational and computer/system skills.
  • Constant phones communication and/or email
  • Working in a close team environment
  • Bilingual French and English is a necessary for our QC locations
  • Ability to Multi task

RESPONSABILITÉS PROFESSIONNELLES:

  • Coordonner l’horaire de service pour tous les travaux vendus.
  • Responsable de toute la planification et l’ordonnancement de toutes les activités de service de la succursale
  • Organiser les services en sous-traitance et l’équipement, y compris les locations.
  • Générer des demandes de service (SR) et les lots relatifs à des travaux (WP) et attribuer à des agents de terrain.
  • Déclencher le besoin de réquisition/d’achat dans les système Siebel (système interne de la société). Vérifier que la demande du bon de commande Siebel est soumise dans le système SAP sans erreurs.
  • Planifier et dépêcher les agents de terrain et la coordination avec l’échéancier du client
  • Examiner les coûts des travaux, tels que la main d’œuvre, les frais de déplacement, les dépenses et les matériaux.
  • Examiner les lignes de charge de travail effectué avant l’envoi de la facture.
  • Gérer les activités de garde
  • Définir les besoins matériels pour les demandes de service prévues et sur appel
    Compétences et expérience:
  • Travailler dans un environnement administratif.
  • De bonnes compétences d’organisation et connaissances en informatique.
  • Communication constante par téléphone et/ou courriel
  • Doit être à l’aise de travailler en étroite collaboration dans un environnement d’équipe
  • Doit être bilingue français & anglais pour nos endroits au Québec
  • Aptitude à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
